This graphic shows the POP3 settings for all e-mail accounts using MS Outlook or Outlook Express.

User Information:
Must be complete e-mail address for Your Name
E-mail Address

Server Information:
POP3 = mail.alaskaairtaxi.com
SMTP= smtp.starfieldtech.com

Logon Information:
User Name: Must be complete user name plus @alaskaairtaxi.com
Password: the password for the e-mail account

This graphic displays the General settings for each e-mail account.  The name can be any name desired.

The Organization can be any name desired.

The Reply E-mail should be the reply address you desire to show on the return part of the e-mail form.

This graphic is the Outgoing Server information for each account.

Check Box: My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

Check Box: Log on using:
User Name:  Use the full e-mail address in this box
Password: Use appropriate password for this account.

Check Box: Optional to check Remember Password.

This completes the setup for all e-mail accounts using Outlook and Outlook Express.
