Air Taxi Policies
Alaska Air Taxi requires a
50% deposit to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your departure date. Alaska Air Taxi confirms your reservations in writing upon receipt of deposit. Prices are subject to change without notice, but will not change once a reservation has been confirmed.
Cancellations
Cancellations
received thirty one days or more prior to your departure
date will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
If you elect to cancel your trip less than thirty
one days prior to your departure for any reason
(including inclement weather or a delay caused by
weather), fifty percent of full air fare is
non-refundable. Alternatively, the non-refundable amount
may be applied as a credit to a future reservation for
up to one year from the date of the cancelled
trip. In the event that Alaska Air Taxi chooses to
cancel your trip due to safety/weather conditions, and
if rescheduling is not possible, 100% of the trip is
refundable. All "no shows" are 100%
non-refundable. All cancellations must be in
writing.
Disclosure Statement
Alaska Air Taxi, LLC. will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury to participants or personal property or for expenses or delays incurred as a result of weather, routing delays or other conditions. Alaska Air Taxi, LLC. reserves the right to make changes and alterations in the itinerary as may be
necessary for safety and proper handling of all trips. Daily fly-outs are subject to weather and other safety considerations.
